1. Who we are

CADCAMSOFT s.r.o., operating under the brand CCSOFTCZ, is a software development and CAM consultancy based in Brno, Czech Republic. We provide postprocessor development, Autodesk Fusion integration, CAM automation, and related services to manufacturing companies worldwide. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use this website or contact us.

2. What data we collect

We collect personal data only when you actively provide it — for example, by filling in the contact form or sending us an email. This may include:

• Your name and company name
• Your email address and phone number
• Information about your machines, CAM software, and production setup that you voluntarily share
• Technical data automatically collected by your browser (IP address, browser type, pages visited) via standard web server logs

We do not collect sensitive personal data and we do not use automated profiling or decision-making.

3. How we use your data

We use the data you provide solely to:

• Respond to your enquiry and prepare a project proposal
• Deliver the services you have contracted with us
• Send you relevant project updates, invoices, or support communications
• Comply with legal obligations (accounting, tax records)

We do not send unsolicited marketing emails. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data on the following legal bases under GDPR: (a) your consent, given when you submit the contact form; (b) the performance of a contract, when we are delivering agreed services; (c) our legitimate interests, in maintaining business records and responding to enquiries; and (d) legal obligation, where required by Czech or EU law.

5. Data retention

We retain contact and project data for as long as our business relationship is active and for a period of 5 years thereafter, in line with Czech accounting legislation. Data collected solely via the contact form where no project follows will be deleted within 12 months. You may request deletion at any time (see section 7).

6. Third-party services

This website uses the following third-party services, which may process limited technical data:

• Google Fonts — to load typefaces. Google may log your IP address when fonts are fetched.
• Cloudflare — for DNS, CDN, and basic security. Cloudflare processes request metadata to protect the site.
• Freshdesk (Freshworks) — our support portal at cadcamsoft.freshdesk.com. Their own privacy policy applies when you create a support ticket.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising tracking tools on this website.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Object to or restrict processing
• Receive your data in a portable format
• Lodge a complaint with the Czech supervisory authority (ÚOOÚ — uoou.cz)
